Together at Borderlands 2011
Friday 17 to Sunday 19 June 2011
Together at Borderlands 2011 is just one of several family Bible weekend events around the nation providing opportunities to share our values as a family of churches and welcome interested friends.
The venue for the weekend will be Cefn Lea Park in central Wales which provides a range of accommodation options as well as on-site recreational facilities.
Newfrontiers is a worldwide family of churches on a mission together. There are around 600 churches in Newfrontiers across the world, and more than 200 of these are in the UK. Together @... events allow churches in similar geographical locations to gather together across the nation to be envisioned about reaching their areas with the gospel. They are great times to build community, as well as an opportunity to see the bigger picture of what God is doing in the UK and abroad.
Newfrontiers has a vision to see the restoration of the church, to make disciples, train leaders, plant churches and reach the nations. Bible weekends are one way to facilitate this mission. Over the years, key prophetic words have been brought that have helped to shape us as a movement. One of these words was about us being able to do ‘more together than apart’. With the advent of these Bible weekends we are full of faith that God will speak to us, shape us and send us out to reach the nation and the nations.
Details of other events across the UK are available on the Newfrontiers web pages.
