Borderlands 2011 Booking
Booking for Together at Borderlands will be possible from Sunday 16 January 2011 when brochures and booking forms become available. The arrangements for booking will be slightly different depending on whether you are part of the one of the Borderlands Region churches, another church group planning on attending, or expecting to come on your own.
The lowest prices will be available until the end of April although you may wish to book earlier to be sure of getting your first preference for accommodation. (See booking form for full details of prices.)
Borderlands Region churches
If your church is part of the Borderlands Region of Newfrontiers then you will automatically receive the Together at Borderlands brochures and booking forms when they are available. Each church will have a booking co-ordinator who will provide those from the church with the necessary information and collate and forward their booking and payment.
Other church groups
Other church groups planning to attend Together at Borderlands will need to appoint someone in their church able to act as their booking co-ordinator and to let the Together at Borderlands planning team know of their interest. They will then be supplied with the information needed to publicise the event in their own church and to make a church booking. To enquire about bringing a church group, send us a message
Individual attendance
Individuals or families may book direct with Together at Borderlands if they are not part of a church which is bringing a group. Copies of all the information needed to book directly are available on these web pages or can be obtained by post on request.
Booking deadline
The final cut-off date for booking Together at Borderlands is Sunday 23rd May. Early booking will not only help us plan the event effectively, but will help ensure that you get the seminar, accommodation and catering options that you would prefer.
